An OpenGroup Annual Conference has been held at Cochin Lulu International Convention Center on 14th, 15th and 16th of February 2019. The event organized by the Information Technology Department, Government of Kerala, was inaugurated by the Honorable Governor of Kerala Shri. Justice (Retd) P Sathasivam. Higher Government officials representing India, Bangladesh, Kenya, Indonesia, UAE and Saudi Arabia attended the event.
