Centralized Procurement and Rate Contract System is an end-to-end online Marketplace for Kerala State Government Ministries / Departments. It acts as a single point of contact for the procurement of commonly required IT products like Desktops, Laptops, Printers and Scanners. It supports all the activities like order placing, tracking, delivery, installation and warranty support of IT products to be procured through Six major modules namely Requirement Analysis, Online Order Registration, IT Asset Registry and Digital Asset tracking tool, Installation Certificate, Complaint Management system /Issue Tracker System and SLA and Penalty calculation. CPRCS is a landmark initiative by the Department of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of Kerala.
