The objective is to develop and strengthen the skills, abilities, processes and resources to accelerate implementation of e-governance initiatives in the State across all levels of government. Training programmes and workshops were conducted by KSITM to create e-Governance champions within line departments who will lead or implement the Mission Mode Projects or other e-Governance projects. These programmes help them to understand the basic elements to complex issues pertaining to e-Governance project execution.
