Meeting Management Scheduler is a web-based application to schedule and manage departmental meetings attended by IT nodal officers. Option to update meeting minutes and remarks. The features available in the application are listed below;
- Role based Calendar View
- Single window Dashboard with counts of upcoming, attended, cancelled and unattended ones
- Creation of Meetings
- Assigning of meetings to Nodal officer
- Acknowledge the meeting
- Alternate arrangement for a member, if unable to attend
- Officers assigned for meetings will be intimated through email and SMS
