MEETING MANAGEMENT SCHEDULER (MMS)

Meeting Management Scheduler is a web-based application to schedule and manage departmental meetings attended by IT nodal officers. Option to update meeting minutes and remarks. The features available in the application are listed below;

1. Role based Calendar View
2. Single window Dashboard with counts of upcoming, attended, cancelled and unattended ones
3. Creation of Meetings
4. Assigning of meetings to Nodal officer
5. Acknowledge the meeting
6. Alternate arrangement for a member, if unable to attend
7. Officers assigned for meetings will be intimated through email and SMS
8. Provision to mark the attended meetings and fill in details of the meeting attended
9. Current meeting status
10. Upload attended meetings documents and minutes of meetings
